Privacy, in plain English first.
The short version
I collect only what I need to chase your invoices: your contact details, and the invoice information you share with me (customer names, amounts, dates). It lives in a secure account used only for your business. I never sell it, never share it beyond the tools needed to do the work, and delete or return it in full if you leave. You can ask what I hold, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time by emailing calum@duesworth.co.uk.

What I collect and why

Enquiries. The name, business and contact details you send through the site, used only to reply to you.

Client records. The invoice and customer information you give me, used only to deliver the chasing service you have hired me for.
The legal basis is our contract for clients, and legitimate interest for enquiries.
Who I am
Duesworth is the trading name of Calum McClurkin, a business based in North East England, contactable at calum@duesworth.co.uk.
Where it lives, and who helps me process it
Your information is held in access-controlled, industry-standard services, in accounts used solely for your business: Zoho (email), Vercel (website hosting for enquiries), and Anthropic (the secure drafting tools used to prepare your reminders, in an account dedicated to your business alone). No other parties. Nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no adverts. I use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages help people. It stores nothing about you personally and needs no consent banner, which is why you have not seen one.
How long I keep it
Enquiries: 12 months, then deleted. Client records: for the length of our work together, then returned or deleted, your choice, within 30 days of leaving. Basic invoicing records that tax law requires me to keep are kept for the statutory period.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email me and I'll act on it. No forms, no fuss.
